Will have their economies expand,

By partnering Singapore to help build and finance,
The third generation of MRT trains,
Which are cheaper than and faster,
What you have planned,
The costs of the Rail project can be reduced,
By as much as 30-40%,
All you have to concentrate on,
Is to improve the areas of rail and upgrade,
The rural areas must be revamped,
The entire Rail system,
