By having designated zones and tariffs,
Taxes can be collected and help maintain,
The vast infrastructure of roads,
This plan can be implemented,
Upon the completion of privatisation of your financial markets,
The reforms of your banking sector,
The recapitalisation of your local banks,
When they go global.
Providing jobs for such a vast population,
Is a big headache,
The government must take the lead and identify,
The sectors of growth and the creation of wealth,
A elaborate savings plan and insurance,
By opening up your infrastructure to foreign investment,
Not to hold back and restrict,
Money will flow to the most open economy,
And by that time you are ready,
To float your RMB,
A basket of instruments to hold,
Liquid cash like gold, oil and comodities,
With your top 5 trading partners.

To resolve Poverty, invest in your child's education.

In order to resolve poverty,
Families must provide,
A decent education for their children,
To develop their fullest potential,
To ignore is to restrict your family's future,
And you will never get out,
Of the poverty cycle,
Governments can help,
But families must plan, organise, and execute,
A Financial Plan,
To save for the future,
A little a day, with years gone by,
To accumulate wealth,
The rising cost of inflation,
Will erode your present earnings,
When the time comes to pay,
For your children's education,
You will never have enough,
Unless you save day by day.

How to get out of Debt

If today you are in debt,
You can borrow from future earnings,
To repay the present,
But you must do the extraordinary,
By putting extra effort,
To tremendously increase your income,
Or by having multiple income,
That is more than your debt.
Therefore it is posssible,

Article ; Genetically Modified Food and its relations with DNA

Clue ; Genetically Modified Food could affect the DNA. DNA sequencing enable the detection
of extremely rare species or strains in a sample, and eliminate prior amplification steps.

For DNA sequencing, both Sanger’s enzymatic synthetic method and Maxam Gilbert’s chemical degradation method have been pursued. In addition to the sequencing with DNA ladders,
we also developed direct DNA sequencing technology without the need of DNA ladders.
This technology is particularly suitable for primer and DNA probe analysis. It is easier to distinguish perfect hybridization from single base mismatched hybridization.
SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) can be quickly analyzed with this approach. We have developed a highly versatile platform that performs temperature gradient capillary
electrophoresis (TGCE) for mutation/SNP detection, sequencing and mutation/SNP genotyping for identification of sequence variants on an automated 24-, 96- or 192-capillary array
instrument. In the first mode, multiple DNA samples consisting of homoduplexes and heteroduplexes are separated by capillary electrophoresis, during which a temperature
gradient is applied that covers all possible Tms for the samples. The differences in Tms result in separation of homoduplexes from heteroduplexes, thereby identifying the
presence of DNA variants. The sequencing mode is then used to determine the exact location of the mutation/SNPs in the DNA variants. The first two modes allow the rapid identification
of variants from the screening of a large number of samples. Only the variants need to be sequenced. The third mode utilizes multiplexed single base extensions (SBEs) to survey
mutations and SNPs at the known sites of DNA sequence. The TGCE approach combined with sequencing and SBE is fast and cost-effective for high throughput mutation/SNP detection.

We have precisely located sequence specific proteins bound to individual DNA molecules by direct AFM imaging. Using a mutant EcoR I endonuclease that site-specifically binds but
doesn't cleave DNA, bound enzyme has been imaged and located, with an accuracy of ±1%, on well characterized plasmids and bacteriophage lambda DNA (48 kb). Cosmids have been mapped
and, by incorporating methods for anchoring molecules to surfaces and straightening to prevent molecular entanglement, BAC-sized clones could be analyzed.
This direct imaging approach could be rapidly developed to locate other sequence-specific proteins on genomic clones. Enzymatic proteins, involved in identifying and repairing
damaged or mutated regions on DNA molecules, could be imaged bound to lesion sites.

Now, how do I pick up the right information, without studying a single thing above?
That's the secrets of knowledge. The key is understanding its relationship.
Any information can be quickly indexed, and the right information picked up using
advanced search techniques. However, training the human mind is a complicated matter
and it takes years of practice, geting perfection.
I can not only quickly index its relationship, calculate its logical progression, and find out
if the relationship will lead to a new relationship. You can't do that with computers, but it
is easily done with software. I have perfected this process.
Use the most advanced search engines to create a three dimension matrix, and place all the permutations
and combinations of information into the boxes. By indexing the relationship, I will chose what I want and
discard what I don't need. When you complete the picture, you will have all the correct answers close to perfection.
What a researcher can do mining a huge database, this method can half his time.
And recently available search technologies can even drive this figure lower using
advanced calculative analysis and sampling of data. Example SPSS and Norman Antivirus Software.
I can provide my theories and methods but I don't have the funds to develop this software,
but I have easily trainned my mind to do just that. This is the Missing Link everyone is after.
I have to built in Artificial Inteligence into the software to compare and analyse the relationship,
and find out if it will lead to a new relationship. By running loops, comparing and analysing,
the answers will be found. Recently available programming techniques, could identify and
index this relationship and complex relationships could be established, creating AI in software. Example Prologic.
