He can be in your own backyard,
There is no way of telling,
Even with the best intelligence units,
Who the enemy is,
The effects can be damaging,
Even when an event occurs,
It will be months before you can tell the truth,
So if you have a chain of command that decides,
A nuclear deterent with a person who will press the button,
The entire chain of command can be influenced,
To make the wrong decisions,
It is so alarming,
That it is better to disable,
Such an event from happening,
And work towards a peaceful solution,
Then to bring the world,
Towards a nuclear crisses.
